45. Where the Minister requests advice from the Régie under section 42 of the Act respecting the Régie de l’énergie (chapter R-6.01) and the Régie decides to hold a public hearing or otherwise receive comments from the public, the Régie must determine in its directions the procedure for the public hearing or public consultation.
The Régie may allow any participant to file a written memorandum and a brief summary of its content with the Régie within the time it fixes.
